Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, reports are non-refundable once generated. Each report requires real-time API calls and computation that cannot be reversed.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent report generation, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or credit to your account.
Pro Subscriptions
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
