1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Commute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Atlas Commute provides commute analysis reports that compare travel times between properties and destinations using data from mapping providers, including Google Maps. Reports are for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per person; no shared accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer or scrape the service
Resell or redistribute reports commercially without permission

5. Payments and Refunds

Report purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe; prices are shown at checkout
Purchased reports do not expire
New accounts receive one free report per verified email; we may revoke free reports obtained through duplicate accounts
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Commute times and route data are provided by Google Maps and represent estimates based on historical traffic patterns. Actual travel times may vary. Atlas Commute makes no guarantees about the accuracy of travel time predictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Commute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our reports, including property purchases or relocations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support@atlascommute.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
